Comtech Systems Inc. CEO H. Neal Cropper Resigns

Victoria, British Columbia February 5th 2010Comtech Systems Inc. announced today that it has received the resignation of chief executive officer H. Neal Cropper on Monday, February 1st , a position he has held since 2008. Concurrently, president Fritz Schulze will assume the position of president and acting CEO; all changes are effective immediately.

“Neal has been an excellent member of the Comtech team, investing his valuable time, talent, passion and wisdom to help make Comtech successful,” said Fritz Schulze, Comtech’s President and Owner.
