1. Can I reproduce copies of collector mentor?
  • YES! One of the many benefits of subscribing is that you receive a site license to internally reprint, redistribute, and reproduce issues and articles so that each member of your team has access to the information they need to be successful. Unlike many other publications, which require you to purchase separate subscriptions, we roll it all into one low price: It doesn’t matter if you’re training five or 5000. However, if you have multiple sites you’ll need to purchase a subscription for each site you wish to distribute to. After all, at this price it’s only fair.
2. Can I email a copy to a colleague or client?
  • NO! This is a violation of our copyright and strictly prohibited under penalty of law. We are very serious about our intellectual property and discourage any and all illegal reproduction or dissemination. Many first-time readers qualify for a free trial subscription. If you have a colleague or client that you think would benefit from subscribing to collector mentor we encourage you to share the sample issue and trial subscription link.
3. How can collector mentor enhance our training program?

Each issue is dedicated entirely to delivering articles and practical advice on topics that frontline collectors need most. 4. What is the benefit?

5. Can I post an issue on our company intranet?
  • YES! If you have an internal company website that’s inaccessible to the general public or outside vendors/clients, you may post an issue or article to provide easy access for employees.
6. How do I get permission to reproduce articles for use outside my company?
  •  If you are speaking at a conference, looking to fill your client newsletter, or are a professional trainer who would like to use issues or articles in your presentation, please contact us with the article/issue you would like to use and how you intend to use it. Authorization is decided on a case-by-case basis.
7. How is my financial information kept secure?
  • We use PayPal as our secure online payment partner of choice. This is the same portal that collector mentor employees use to process mail, fax, and telephone orders. You may visit PayPal’s Security Center by clicking here.
8. Can I submit an article for publication?
  • We consider op-ed type articles, letters to the editor, and guest blog posts, but can’t guarantee that all submissions will be selected. For more information on how to submit an article, please click here.
9. What if I can’t download an issue or if I miss an issue?
  • Please contact us if you experience any difficulty in downloading an issue, or if you’ve missed an issue, and we’ll arrange for delivery via email.
10. Why is collector mentor distributed primarily electronically?
  • Electronic delivery translates to cost savings for your company and ensures a broader reach. Our vision is to have an issue of collector mentorin the hands of each and every frontline member of the credit and collection community. Electronic publication makes that goal more attainable.
11. Do you offer international subscriptions?
  • YES! But at this time only in digital format. Stay tuned to our blog and when hard copies go international you’ll be the first to know.
12. How can I retrieve my login password?
  • For security purposes, a dynamic password will be emailed to subscribers each time a new issue becomes available. This password is active only until the next issue is ready for download.
13. What is the catch to the Satisfaction Guarantee?
  • The only catch is that there is no catch. If you aren’t happy with your subscription simply cancel at any time and we will issue a refund on any remaining, undelivered issues. Seriously, it’s that simple.
14. How can I share news about my company or employee news?
  • We are always on the lookout for positive credit and collection industry stories. If you have something truly amazing to share, please be sure to let us know. You can use our online article submission form to share your story.
